Beliz is a wine person based in Istanbul, Turkey. She first got into wine when she was hosting her radio show The Menu at UCLA after interviewing many people who are part of the food scene in LA. Wine soon became an obsession and she found herself working at a wine shop focusing on natural, biodynamic and organic wines.

After moving back to Istanbul, she founded Botte Wine Club, a tasting & supper club to make wine more approachable and fun while supporting local Turkish winemakers.
